Gentlemen:
Our firm was retaine~ by Grand/Lakes of coppell III to'observe and
test the earth fill placed at the referenced ~ite.. This work wa~
accomplished using the'specifications attached to our geot~chnioal
report dated JUly, 1991. To the best of our knowledge, t_he fill
was placed and compaCted by the contractor in accordance with these
specifications. Ail site'filling has now been completed.

Gentlemen:
Submitted here are the results of testing and observation of
construction materials at the referenoed projeot. This report
addresses the fill placement, in the residential building pads from
Segtember 14 through 30, 1992.
During %he above period, 20 field density tests were taken on the
fill placed in the residential building pads in Blocks A and B of
Phase iIIB. Test results are shown on Plate 1. Where tested, the
fill was found %o comply with the project specifications.
Additional reports will be submitted as the work progresses.
