Wo , TX 76109 R Valley Ranch Center Belt Line at MacArthur Blvd. Coppell, TX Dear Mr. Lemke: As per our phone conversation this date, we are transmitting a set of prints of the proposed plan and profile of Belt Line Road, from MacArthur Boulevard east. This proposed road fronts the Valley Ranch Center property of Dunning Development. It is our understanding, from Mr. Pat Donovan of Dunning Development, that your firm will be doing the construction administration on the development. We are sending the plans to help coordinate the grades of the proposed improvements and the Albert Halff engineered plans. The drainage plans, as proposed by Halff, may need to be modified prior to final construction. It is our intention to place all storm drainage in a closed conduit system with no open ditches. This may present some problems with the drainage plan prepared by Halff. We understand they based their plans on assumed grades for Belt Line Road. As soon as we complete the preliminary drainage plans for Belt Line Road, we would like to set up a meeting between all parties concerned to discuss the situation.
