Show and construct brick pavers and handicapped ramps as per Coppell Streetscape Plan. ./ 2. Show location of wall on plan view. Will wall also be on the south side of the development? .~ 3. Show irrigation plan on landscape plan. Perimeter landscape areas shall contain at least one (1) tree for each fifty (50) linear feet or fraction thereof of perimeter area as per Section 34-1-8(B)3; Coppell Zoning Ordinance. Show title sheet on next set of landscape plans. .~-~ 6. Schedule of approved plant materials (from Streetscape Plan) needs to be added to landscape plans. / 7. Ten (10) percent of gross parking area needs to be devoted to living landscaping as per Section 34-1-8(B)3; Coppell Zoning Ordinance. However; if gross parking area is 35,000 sf or less, planter islands are not required. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. Remove existing 2" water line once new 12" water line is constructed. Reconnect existing 2" water line to new 12" water line at east side of property line. Get permission from Mr. Robinson to do work. 3. Trucks cannot make right turn into and out of sight safely. Need to consider maximum right turn radius of 25' to accommodate truck and trailer turning movements. ~ "~., 4. Consider painting cast iron bollards reflective yellow for each of internal fire hydrants. Setback a minimum of three (3} feet back off of the building for repair of fire hydrants. · 6. Show erosion control on construction plans. 7. Show turning radii for C3 and C9 on construction plans. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans.
