RE: Second Construction Review Comments for Valley Ranch Self Storage Addition
Dear Mr. Roberts:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
]. Show the revised 12" water profile on the next set of plans.
2. Show 21" R.C.P. storm sewer profile with water and sewer line crossing on the
utility profiles sheet.
3. Trucks cannot make right turn into and out of sight safely. Need to consider
.' .... maximum right turn radius of 25' to accommodate truck and trailer turning
movements.
-~' 4. Need additional silt fences at locations shown on paving and grading plan.
5. On the water and sanitary sewer plan, note painting cast iron bollards reflective
~'"' yellow for each of the internal fire hydrants on the bollard detail.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
