Dear Mr. Patel:
Accompanyin§ this letter are two sets of revised engineerin§ plans
and the ori§inal City mark-ups. We have addressed your comments as
fol 1 ows:
1. Vaults and services shown are located within an existing 15'
public utility easement.
2. We have addressed the handling of the existing 2" water line
by a note.
3. We have made drive radii 25'.
4. We have indicated bollards to De painted.
5. We have shown a 3' setback off of buildings for the fi re
hydrants.
6. Erosion control measures have been shown.
7. Radii for C3 and C9 are shown on plat. Per our telephone
conversation, you instructed us that this would be sufficient.
Please note that we are presently having discussions with Howard
Pafford regarding the vertical location of the proposed 12" water
line. This will probably necessitate a further revision of the
profile sheet.
