We have reviewed the above referenced dra,Mngs on behalf of the Irving Flood Control
District - Section III. We have no objection to the plans as submitted to HalffAssociates, Inc.
This review was performed for the benefit of the Irving Flood Control District - Section III.
The review is performed to assure general compliance ~x4th the Design Criteria adopted by the
District and to assure the proposed improvements do not adversely impact District facilities. This is
not a detailed Engineering review. There is no assurance to the Owner of the property or the
Design Engineers that the design will provide the required storm sewer or utility capacities. Halff
Associates, Inc. does not assume an3' liability for the engineering design, nor does approval by the
Irving Flood Control District - Section III or Halff Associates, Inc. release the Design Engineer
from liability for correcting errors or omissions in his design both during and after construction.
