Impact fees will be required for this development. 2. Due to the proximity of the existing median opening to the proposed eastern drive, the City cannot allow the driveway as shown. You should work to obtain an access easement across the property to the east so you can access the median opening. The median opening was not shown on the plat. therefore, this comment was not previously mentioned. 3. Show median opening. Storm Sewer Plan Comments: 4. The sanitary sewer line should be extended to the east property line of Lot 2. if it is adequate to provide service for the propety to the east. Site Improvement Colnments: 5. Need to refit\' the grate inlet elevations in reference to the 100-Year Floodplain.
