Preliminary Plat Comments:
1. Show thc 100-year floodplain limits and the floodplain elevation. Also, show the minimum
finish floor requirement for any new buildings.
2. Show adjacent zoning.
3. Provide a drainage easement for the on-site drainage systems as they pickup off-site water.
(We need to discuss this, as it is my opinion that the water should go south and not be
rerouted to the east.)
4. Is this a replat, final plat or preliminary plat?
5. Impact fees will be required for this development.
Storm Sewer Plan Comments:
6. Show existing water line adjacent to Beltline Road.
7. The sanitary sewer line should be extended to the east line of Lot 2.
Site Improvement Comments:
8. Please provide profiles of all storm sewer lines.
9. Plans show the existing brick dumpster to be moved. Please show new location.
10. Need to verify the grate inlet elevations in reference to the 100-Year Floodplain.
11. It appears as though on the topographic information that a portion of the south side of
Blooming Colors should drain onto this site. However, it appears as though the placement
of Building K prevents the water from draining south and in essence water is being forced
to the east. This needs to be reviewed and reevaluated.

Industrial) and LI-S. U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit) to LI-
S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit), to amend the condigns
of the special use permit to include the recent land acquisition to the east
of the existing site and allow the construction and operation of six
additional mini-warehouse buildings; located on the south side of
Belt_line Road, approximately 1,521,61 feet from MacArthur Blvd., at
the request of Brockette, Davis, Drake, Inc.
