RE: Reimbursement of Water Line Cost
Dear Mr. Goss:
This letter is written as a follow-up to your August 1st letter in which you requested a
reimbursement of the water line cost that the City of Coppell has previously granted to both
Valley Ranch Baptist Church and Blooming Colors Nursery. The Subdivision Ordinance in
affect at the time of your development, stipulates that the reimbursement is $2 per linear foot.
The plat shows that you have 200.56 linear feet of frontage, therefore, the reimbursement would
be $401.00. I have prepared an agenda item that will go to Council on September 12th, 1995
for approval of the reimbursement. If approved by City Council, it is possible that a check for
the $401.00 could be cut as early as September 22nd, 1995.
