RE: Valley Ranch Plaza. Replat of Pads B-F and Tract A
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that the Valley Ranch Plaza, Replat of Pads B-F and Tract A, to allow the
development of retail/restaurant uses on 4.670 acres of property, located at the southwest corner of MacArthur
Boulevard and Beltline Road was approved by the Copper City Council on Tuesday, October 8, 1996, subject
to the following conditions:
1) Correcting notations to indicate that the zoning west of the property is "C' Commercial and that
the zoning south of the property is "LV Light Industrial with a Special Use Permit;
2) relocation of any existing utilities located in easements proposed for abandonment, and
3) compliance with Engineering and Fire Department comments, attached.
Please be advised that no construction may begin until this replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat
Records Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months. If it has not been fried for record
with the County prior to April 8, 1997, the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be
required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats.
