Dear Sirs:
It is our intent to begin the final phase of the concrete pavement at the entrance to your property
and prosecute the work in accordance with the following sequence:
Phase 1: Pour the street pavement from the midpoint of the existing driveway entrance
toward the south on October f3 2000. The southern portion of the driveway (entry) will be set
up and poured on October 16, 2000. Traffic will be placed on this portion of the driveway on ~
October 20, 2000. The southern portion (enwy) of the driveway will be closed during this phase.
Traffic will enter the property through the current exit portion of the driveway and exit the
property utilizing the emergency exit on the north end of the property.
Phase 2: After switching traffic to the new driveway, the northern portion of the
driveway and remaining roadway will be excavated and the concrete pavement and driveway will
be constructed. This work will commence on October 23, 2000 and be completed by November.,
3, 2000. Traffic will enter and exit the property through the newly constructed driveway ~\~
entrance. ,
This schedule is subject to minor changes due to unfavorable weather conditions. If you have
