RE: Villages of Coppell - Phase I - Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Kurtz:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been
confirmed by representatives of Ginn, Inc., M.U.D. #1, and the
City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with
the City of Coppell standard requirements. On behalf of the City
of Coppell, acknowledgement of acceptance and release for permits
to begin construction of home building is effective as of this
date. Commitments to the Streetscape-Landscape Ordinances should
be addressed within the phase of home building.
The one year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been
received from both contractors. Maturity on the bonds will be
one-year from the date of the letter (8-14-87).
