mentioned project for your review, as discussed at the meeting on
April 11, 1991. The sections are designed as per the meeting on
April 12, 1991 with Don Tipton, Ben and Larry Davis on the project
site. A pre-construction meeting was scheduled for April 17, 1991
by Larry Davis.
