SUBJECT: Allen Road (Street Cleanup)

Mr. David Shrum with Grand Homes has been contacted regarding the cleanup
of Allen Road.
Due to the construction related to the development of the Villages of
Coppell, the excavation contractor is tracking mud from the site
development onto Allen Road and MacArthur Boulevard.
My request to Mr. Shrum is to cleanup Allen Road and MacArthur Blvd. by
5:00 P.M., 5-29-91, and stop all hauling operations on Allen Road.
A meeting date will be set with the developer, engineer, and contractor to
discuss any further use of Allen Road for hauling, and the cleanup that
will be necessary in order to use the existing roadway.
I have also called Mr. Ray Hilderbrand, 400 Allen Road, at 393-5509 to
discuss the roadway condition. Mr. Hilderbrand was not at home at the
time of my call, so I left a message on the answering machine.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.
