building a deck at the rear of 439 graham ddve
Ken,
We had spoke about a month, or more, ago regarding
our wanting to add a deck behind our home at 439
Graham Drive. We back up to the creek area which is
a flood plain. The deck will be elevated and level with
the existing railroad ties. The attached survey indicates
the location and size of the deck, approx 10 x 20ft. We
have not proceeded to obtaining a specific design plan
yet as we want to ensure this is feasible. There will
obviously be support beams into the ground and there
will be steps from the deck top to the floor of the flood
plain. Please contact me if you need additional info.
