Dear Mr. Freeman:
Please be advised that a walk-through has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 19 and
Thursday, May 20 @ 9:00 a.m. for the water, sanitary sewer, paving and drainage facilities in
the referenced project. Due to the size of the project we will walk one-half each day.
Please ensure that all facilities are clean and accessible at that time and that contractor's
representatives are present to assist with the inspection.
