City Engineer City of Coppell 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, TX 75017 RE: Village at Cottonwood Creek, Section IV Dear Mr. Griffin: This letter is to request the early release of building permits for the following lots in the referenced addition: Lot 3 Block B Lot 9 Block B Lot 10 Block B We are making this request so that our builders can get started on their model homes in the addition. We are aware that the addition has not been accepted by the City of Coppell. All lots have the pavement in place for access and the water mains for fire protection. The lines have been tested and are under pressure. We anticipate that all work for acceptance will be completed within 15 working days, long before any of the models are completed.
