Central Expressway, #300 Dallas, Texas 75231 Re:Villages of Coppell - Phase 2 Coppell, Texas Dear Sir: We have reviewed the above referenced project for conformance to the City of Coppell Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance. Prior to placing on any agenda for approval, the following items need to be addressed. 1. Chalfont Place cul-de-sac is greater than 600 feet in length. Subdivision Ordinance requires that cul-de-sac shall be no longer than 600 feet. Please address. 2. Provide drainage criteria used in storm sewer design. 3. Storm sewer, "Line A," needs an easement across Lot 1 shown and indicated on plat. 4. Will the 8" sanitary sewer on 0.30% provide a minimum 2.0 f.p.s, velocity? Please address. 5. Provide details of headwalls. 6. Provide details of backfill, inlets, manholes, etc. 7. Provide cross section of street and alleys. 8. Detail sheets should be made a part of plans. 9. Please address miscellaneous comments shown on plans. In order to be place on the November 21, 1985, P & Z agenda for final plat approval, the above items need to be addressed prior to November 13, 1985. If you have any questions, please contact us.
