In response to your letter dated August 5, 1986, we are glad to see that
you are also concerned about the number of failed tests. However, tn the
past, the City of Coppell has required all failed tests to be retested, no
matter the cause of failures. Your assistance In making sure that areas that
failed the lnltlal testing are retested will speed up the approval process.
