Air valve too low; raise to Found level one air valve north of Sandy LaAe Rd.
Valve bad or stub out plug not holding on 2"d stub out north of Sandy Lake Rd.
4, Paint F.H. lid red.
S. Paint MLV lid blue.
6. Paint on curb in blue (MLV) on 16" valve on Parkway.
Mark in blue on curb (B.O.) at meter can on Parkway.
B.O. valve needs extension to raise to 4' from Found at bridge.
9. F.H. north of bridge leaking-- needs repair.
i0. Mark on curb (W.S.) 2 water services north of bridge in blue.
11. Mark in red manholes north and south of Canyon.

Walk-thru Coppell Road Project ST98-01 1/3/01
Drainape: Inlet Boxes Beoinnint, on South End W~est Side
1. Box wouldn't open.
2. Coppeli south of Eastwick east side of road: concrete has been poured through the
joints in the R.C,P. and is obstructing the flow Hue (picture).
3. Box north of Eastwick east side of road: joints in ILC.P. leading to box are not
driven home or are no good.
4. No access into first junction box.
5, Box on west side adjacent to the other box was frozen shut.
6. Box north of Minyard east side of street: grout the R.C.P. at the box; joints in
R.C,P. leading to the box are bad.
7. Box adjacent on the east side needs grout at the throat and the joints leading to the
box are bad (picture).
8. Box just south of Parkway BIrd. east side of street: R.C.P.'s leading to junelion box
are in bad shape.
9. West side grout joints.
10, Remove silt/mud; 6 X 9 box culvert on the southwest end has an R.C.P. joint about
60 feet up that is in bad shape (something obstructing flow line).
11. Big 90" R.C.P. on north Coppell Rd. under the big turn, small R.C.P. on south end
first joint up is bad.
12. Same big pipe small R.C.P. midway in first joint had water running in through
bottom of joint.
13. Poor job done on the outflow of big pipe. Re-grout wall and rip-rap Coottom looks
