Dear Gary:
This letter is in response to a phone call the City had received concerning Coppell Road
construction. In particular, the work activity adjacent to The Mansions By The Lake.
The complaints were related to excavation activity adjacent to The Mansions By The Lake, dirt
and dust control, and proper traffic control devices to ensure the proper handling of traffic in a
construction zone. The complainant's name is Gary Kanadjian. I met with Mr. Kanadjian this
morning to discuss his concerns regarding the work on Coppell Road. He lives at The
Mansions By The Lake//401 and his phone number is 972-393-8158. Please contact Mr.
Kanadjian at your earliest opportunity to address these issues.
Also be advised that the management at The Mansions By The Lake has requested in writing
for any opening, closing, or construction activity related to their south drive entrance. I would
like to remind you that work schedules and written notification of work activity have been
requested on several occasions. Please follow-up and provide.
