Sidewalk Along Minyard Drive

The final construction development plans for the above referenced project have been approved.
The project engineer has requested to delay sidewalk construction along the north side of
Minyard Drive adjacent to the side of the following lots, until development of such lots.
Lot 1 - Block 'A'
Lots 1, 14, 15, 34, 44 - Block ~B'
Lots 45, 53, and 68 - Block 'B'
This memo is to inform you that we have no problem with this request as long as the sidewalk
along subject lots (as noted above) is constructed by the builder(s).
