Dear Mr. Hawkins:
This is to advise you that the paving contractor has been slowed down due
to the excessive heat and will not be able to complete by Friday, August 21,
1987. He now projects his date of completion as August 28, 1987·
The paving contractor has completed sufficient streets so that the uti-'
ltty contractor could proceed, but he recommends that the utility contractor's
access ~o the site.be held up until September 2, 1987.
