Revised Grading Plan
Dear Mr. Bentley:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans. It is our understanding that the grading of
the site is being revised due to an error in the pad site elevation. The new grading on the site
appears to generally follow the original layout of the site. Therefore, staff offers no objection to
the revised grading plan.
