The City of Coppell says any further din and debris removal in the existing box will be the HOA responsibility. Gary said he will start construction on the west side of Coppell Rd. on Aug. 2 1, heading north to The Mansions. Mike Martin wants EB to slope the west parkway area as shown on the plans. The existing fence will need to be removed and replaced. City decided to have the c~epe myrtles removed that are in conflict with the hike/bike trail on es. st side of road. The residents of the area have been notified. City prefers the bike trail to be 3' offback-of-curb, 10' wide bike trail and 4' off the concrete wall. This may require some imgation conl~ol boxes to be relocated and adjusted because there should be no control boxes in the pavement of the trail. Larry asked that FNI review ADA ramps near intersections for cross-slope constraints. S~ms the ramps will have excessive sloping problems that will not meet ADA requirements. Scott Maughn will review plans and inform Larry of and findings. Mike Martin received a revised schedule for the project from Robert Weber. He will be reviewing the schedule. £0 'd FP, EgSw- AND NICHOLS ® 1701 N. MARlgEl' STREET, SUITE 500 · DALLAS.
