At this time, GTE has occupied the entire building of Phase I, and Beck wants to take this opportunity to express our
appreciation and gratitude for the crucial role the City of Coppell played in making this a successful project for both
Beck and GTE. Amidst the complexities, adversities and tight schedule associated with the various facets of this
project, the City provided exemplary professional leadership, guidance and direction throughout the approval and
