Mansions by the Lake, Sections 1 & 2 Walk-thru
Listed below are Utility Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Section 2 - Building 30 - raise fire hyd. 6".
Section 1 - Replace vault door (broken); replace lock latches
pump water out of vaults, raise doors 2" above curb.
Section 1 - Raise fire hyd. To City limit of 20" from ground;
clean & open valve lid on water & sewer; place blue buttons
in street at all fire hyd.in Sections 1 & 2.
Section 1 - manhole needs groutinq in bottom and rain pan is
chimney, seal loose. Located at back of Section II.
Section 1 - manhole missing o-ring and bolts mid manhole by__
lake.
Section 1 - Manhole #1, by creek, grout top of manhole and
pipe inside manhole, need new chimney seal and bolts in top.
