walk-thru for GTE Share Svc. 6/11/99
Listed below are Utility Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Need doubleck test on irrigation & documentation.
2. Plug all ball valves in main vault.
Ex_pose valves on sw corner of ~ro~erty & put concrete pads
around.
~xpose fire hydrant valves on all property.
MLV for line crossing Canyon. Raise to ground level.
E_xpose valve for FH on Canyon & raise to ground level w/pad~
Irrigation & domestic-check mtr.# w/Water Billing to be sure
in right place.

2 domestic-install b~pass.& expose to below bypass.
Plug or cap all ball valves in back vault.
Raise 2 valves to ground level (north of back vault).
Stencil (Fire Hyd) on curb on N.E. side of building.
12. Fire Hyd. On SW corner of bldg.-repair small ear on west side
of hydrant.

Locate ML valve on NW side of bldg. That feeds fire h~drant.

Recheck pressure on fire hydrant on NW corner of building.
Fire Hyd. On N.side (middle of bldg) has bad seat-will not
Shut off.
Recheck all fire hydrant on 121 and Canyon.
