Dear Mr. Griffin:
Attached are two copies of the GTE Service Center driveway plans. They are approved as
modified. The City of Coppell will hereinafter be called the grantee.
The Department reserves the right to require modifications to the proposed plan in order to meet
actual field conditions. Any changes in the proposed plan will be made only with the approval of
the State.
The Grantee will contact the State's representative's Bobby Rawlings or Wayne Pearson, at
telephone (940) 387-1414 at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the work authorized by this
letter.
