ITEM: GTE Shared Services Center Addition. Revlat and Minor Plat and Site Plan
Review. to allow the redefinition ora block and the creation of two new lots,
as well as to permff the development of two 5-story office buildings on Lot 1,
located at the northeast corner of Corporate Park Blvd. and State Highway
121, at the request of the Beck Group.

COMMENT STATUS: ~'PRELIMINARY ~ ~
1. Show easements on utility plans for all vaults and meter boxes not located in City right-of-way.
2. Any driveway access to S.H. 121 frontage road must be approved by the Texas Department of
Transportation.
3. A drainage area map for the entire site needs to be included.
4. Show 10' x 10' comer clip at the southeast comer of the property.
5. Show the right-of-way widths for both legs of Coppell Road.
6. Need to show R.O.W. dedication for horizontal curve on Coppell Road at the northeast comer
of property.
