SUBJECT: Prelim'[nary Walk Thru- Villages of Coppell Phase II
Dear Mr. Brooks:
The following will need to be completed prior to the scheduling
of a final inspection for City acceptance:
1. Install all water meter boxes & meter loops.
2. Install fire hydrant reflector button (blue).
3. Remove forms off all valve and C.O. Pads.
4. Clean and paint valve caps. (Red- Fire Hydrants, Blue- Main
Line)
5. Repair lake walls.
6. Yellow zig-zag center l~ne stripe Allen Road.
7. Clean all debris from all man holes.
8. Paint a red "S" for sewer and blue "W" for water on face and
curb.
9. Rout and seal pavement crack in' Challfont Ct.
10. Locate valve- Challfont Cr.
11. Adjust fire hydrant heights.
]2. Straighten fire hydrant.
