As per phone conversation with Steve Brooks at 8:55 a.m. today,
he offered the following clarification:
In 1985, tbe Home owners Maintenance Association filed for
Villages I encompasses Villages~ II. All that Brooks Co. had
to do was .... annex Villages II into Association. Villages II
is the 2nd Phase of Villages I. 'He also said that he had spoken
with Larry Jackson and Larry understood and agreed.
