the above referenced development, which staff believes are
applicable to the project.

Dimension- Brook Corporation has paid $50,537.00 in fees on
January 10, 1986. These fees were calculated for 84 lots.
Replat of Villages II will now have 62 lots.

Water Availability (84 lots @ $220.00 per lot) = $18,480.00
(Final Plat = $9240.00)
(Building Permit = $9,240.00)
Sewer Availability (84 lots @ $220.00 per lot) = $18,480.00
(Final Plat = $9,240.00)

Water Load Test = $33.00
Park Fund (84 lots @ $75.00 per lot) = $6,300.00
Street Lights (6 @ $296.00 per light) = $1,776.00

All other recommendation/ procedure for the deletion of
existing utility listed below have been agreed to by American
Developer (utility contractor)
Water
Where possible, deleted services are to be removed from
corporation at main.
Services which cross under pavement are to be removed starting
1'-0" under curb both ends and removed from main.
Services which .do not cross under pavement will be removed
extirely from corporation at main.
In areas where main is under pavement and corporation can
not be accessed, service will be removed 1'-0" under curb
and plugged.
No crimping will be allowed.
Entire system will be re-hyprostatic tested.
Sanitary Sewer
Where possible, all sewer services are to be removed at
"T" on main,, and "T" permanently capped.
Services which cross under pavement are to be removed starting
1'-0" under curb both ends and removed from main at "T"
connection and "T" .capped. The abandoned pipe under pavement
will be plugged with concrete.
Where services do not cross under pavement, the service
is entirely removed from "T" connection and "T" capped.
On services where "T" connection is under pavement, the
service will be removed 1'-0" under curb and capped and
concrete blocked.
Sewer system will be re-pressure tested.
Street Department
Has no problem with replat
Parks Department ~
Home Owner Maintenance Agreement is required.
