RE: Prelimnary Punch List Villages II
Dear Mr. Garrett:
Preliminary punch list items as follows:
Utility- 1. Straighten fire hydrant on Ann Dover, south of manhole at
6+54.
2. Straighten and lower fire hydrant on Aberdeen Court.
3. Straighten fire hydrant on Chalfont Place, west of manhole at
2 + 39.68.
4. Repair leakage in water main on Allen Road.
5. Paint "S" for sewer and "W" for water on curb on all lots.
6. Paint valve riser caps red for fire hydrant and blue for main
line valve.
7. Repair lake wall.
8. Hydrostatic test water mains.
9. Air test sanitary sewer.
10. Install blue fire hydrant reflectors.
11. Construct type "B" headwall @ Allen Rd. storm drain sra.
12 + 60.67.
Paving - 1. Patch all chips in curbs.
2. Clean street prior to final walk-thru. ~,~
3. Clean storm drain inlets prior to final walk-thru. (~)}
4. Construct alley on north property line.
5. Rout and seal all random cracks.
