RE: Dirt Hauling Operation/Villages II
Dear Mr. Garrett:
1 Temporary earthen ramp will extend from right-of-way line to
right-of-way lines and will be a minimum of 20' wide. The
ramp shall have a minimum thickness of not less than six
inches as measured from the top of curb.
2 Flagmen will be at location at all times during hauling.
3 You will place ramp no earlier than 9:00 a.m. each day.
4 You will remove ramp prior to 5:00 p.m. every day.
5 Your company will be held responsible for all damages to
streets, curbs, right-of-ways, easements, and utilities.
6 We will need a letter giving your contractor permission to
cross private property from property owner(s).
7 I will need a letter from Nathan or Jean Maier addressing
these conditions prior to starting haul operating.
8 Following the end of the hauling of earth from the stockpile
to the southeast end of Warren Drive, the ramp will be removed
and the street cleaned to the City's satisfaction.
