Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Villages of Coppell, Phase 2 NDM Job No.: 8~-10-054 Dear Steve: In response to your request per your letter dated February 22, 1988, we will have the dirt contractor: (1) Construct the ramp per item no. 1. (2) Given the singular use of Warren Drive for the only person living thereon, we will not provide a flagman. We will, however, instruct the contractor to yield to any traffic on Warren Drive. (3) We propose to construct the ramp one time. The yardage to move will permit us to complete all of our hauling within three (3) working days or less. Given the singular use of Warren Drive, it does not appear to be necessary to remove the ramp on a daily basis. However, we will pro- vide delineators to identify the ramp ~nd will construct the ramp in such a manner as to allow a car to pass over it. (4) BDC Development Company will have repaired any damage to public properties as such damages may relate to our crossing on Warren Drive. (5) You have been given a letter stating the sale of the dirt to BDC from Sunbelt Savings. This sale included premise of free access to the site for removal of the dirt as BDC sees fit.
