This letter serves as authorization for The Brooks Company to
cross Sunbelt property to obtain fill material from their stock
pile. The Brooks Company will be responsible for any repairs
necessary to bring the property back to its original condition.
This authorization will expire at the end of Friday, April 15,
1988 and will be renewable in writing by the undersigned.
