RE: Substantial Completion of Water and Sewer Lines
Villages II
Dear Mr. Hawkins:
On March 23, 1988, Public Works representatives conducted a final
walk-through for utilities of Villages II. As of date, all punch
l~st items have been resolved to the satisfaction of the
Water/Sewer department. At this time, all utilities have been
constructed to the City of Coppell's standards.
This letter should no way be misconstrued as an acceptance letter.
I am writing this letter in' cooperation with the MUD District
and their bonding institution.
As soon as the alley along the north property line is installed,
the City will conduct a formal walk-through for acceptance of
Villages II. At that time, as-builts and~ 1 year maintenance
bonds will need to be provided the City.
