Dear Mr. Doyle:
Westchester Builders, Inc. is constructing two single family
residential homes in Coppell, Texas at the following
addresses:
..... 601Ashford Drive, Lot 1 Block C, Villages of Coppell I
613 Andover, Lot 4 Block E, Villages of Coppell II
Both of these homes were begun inadvertently with curb
receptor drainage inlets positioned where their driveway
approaches are to be located.
We request that the City of Coppell allow us to substitute,
at our expense, grate inlets for receptor inlets.
We have retained Dan Dowdy and Associates, P.E. to engineer
these two projects and will be presenting these plans to you
early next week.
Enclosed are 'the plot plans of the subject homesites
supplied for your review.
