It is our unde-~tanding that the City .of CoSpell requires a 20-foot drain~e easement, rather than 10-feet, as indicated. Please confirm this a~ this could severely impact the plan. 2. DUe tO the poor alley-to-street relationship alon~ DeForest Rd., the Cxm~nittee sees ~he need for a screen fence; however, if a screen wall is constructed, the Developer is hereby on no, ice that the Lakes of COppell Owners' Association has no intention to maintain Lt.
