Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
This is to inform you that we are proposing to begin excavation on
the above referenced project. The developer is Denton Creek Joint
Venture, the Engineer is Don A. Tipton, Inc., the Soil Engineer
and Testing Lab is Reed Engineering Group, and the Excavation
Contractor is Weir Excavation, Inc.
It will be the responsibility of the excavation contractor to
repair and/or replace all damages to utilities and/or adjoining
properties created by this construction. The contractor will also
be responsible for providing and maintaining any barricades
required for this construction. The contact for Weir Excavation,
