As discussed we are formally requesting early start release for home construction. Please find listed below the priority of needs for building construction: PRIORITY 1: Construction of sales trailer on lot 1, located at the southeast corner of Allen Road and Parker Drive. PRIORI~/ 2: Construction of model on lot 1 located on the northeast corner of Parker Drive and Allen Road. PRIORITY 3: Construction of housing on lots 2-14 along the eastern boundary of existing Allen Road. PRIORI~ 4: Construction of housing on lots 14-25 located west of Allen Road and south of Lakeview Drive. Mr. Larry Davis April 15, 1991 Page 2 As previously discussed the developer and home builder is Grand Homes, which will allow for more efficient communication and coordination. There will be someone on site at all time to monitor construction procedures, they will be officed in the proposed sales trailer. We are aware that certificate of occupancey will not be allowed until subdivision acceptance has been obtained. Please find the enclosed exhibit for the priorities listed above.
