"PD-157R5-C" Planned Development 157R5, Commercial, by amending the
planned development conditions to permit the enclosure of the McDonaM's
Playplace and to reduce the building size in Phase II from 10,000 square feet to
8,000 square feet for properly, located at the southwest corner of E. Belt Line
Road and S. MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of McDonaM's Corporation.
