Upon review of the development fees, our records show that the street escrow for Belt Line Road has not been paid. The City of Coppell Thoroughfare Plan shows Belt Line Road as a P6D. The street escrow for a P6D is $160 per linear foot of frontage. The referenced property has 201.03 feet of frontage on Belt Line Road, therefore, the amount of street escrow due is $32,164.80. The final plat for this project cannot be processed for signatures until the street escrow has been paid.
