Plaza. zoning change from LI (light Industrial) to LI-=S.U.P. (Light
Industrial -Special Use Permit) to allow the operation of an oil change
facility, located at the southwest comer of MacArtlmr Boulevard and
Belt_line Road, at the request of llrmkelmann and Associates, Inc.

Special Use Permit Comments: 1. Please label the 16.27 foot section of land along the south portion of Pad B. Please
state what it is for and whether or not it is necessary for traffic flow.
2. Escrow will be required for Beltline Road.
3. Your driveway should be relocated and installed as a common driveway with the Exxon
tract to the east.
4. The existing and proposed drainage systems both on-site and adjacent to the site should
be shown.
5. The overall plan for this entire comer should be provided to better relate how this site
interacts with the complete site.
6. The sewer system along the north side of the site should be correctly shown.
7. A double check valve should be provided for the domestic service.
