Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: Valley Ranch Plaza Dear Steve: Pursuant to our most recent conversations, this letter will serve as written confirmation that as of January 30, Dunning Development Corporation will have performed all of its obligations necessary for Goodyear to obtain their Certificate of Occupancy, with the exception of the temporary fire lane extension, which it is my understanding will not delay Goodyear's final approval. By copy of this letter, I am making Pace Companies aware that we have completed the utility and site improvements and met all requirements which would have postponed the issuance of Goodyear's Certificate of Occupancy. Therefore, at this time, I would request a final inspection and acceptance on the above referenced project. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
