RE: Valley Ranch Plaza / Pads B through
Dear Mr. Gonzalez:
After meeting with you several times on site, I feel the easiest
way to straighten this situation out will be for me to provide you
with a list of items that will have to be completed and verified
for a city acceptance of utilities only. They are as follows:
1) All valves stack will be put to their finish grade and a 2'
x 2' concrete pad installed.
2) Ail meter cans to be installed and adjusted to grade.
3) Water line "WC" will be installed with all fire hydrants, valves
and meter vaults.
4) Storm sewer lines "DA" and "DB" to be cleaned and installed.
5) Ail inlets to be installed to grade with tops and throats.
6) A conceptual plan for phasing paving, ie. fire lanes.
7) Remove 2" service line for Pad H and retap connection on line
"WD".
8) Ail sanitary se%~er clean out to be set at finish grade and cast
iron installed with concrete Pads.
9) All fire hydrants to be painted with appropriate color code.
10) One (1) year maintenance bond.
11) As Built Drawings - Two (2) set of mylars and two (2) sets of
blue lines marker "As Builts".
12) Completion of a formal city walk thru and completion of any
and all punch list items.
As soon as Pace Co. (Goodyear) completes their foundation, no other
work shall be done on pads B through I of the Valley Ranch Plaza,
until an agreement can be made for the completion of all the above
mentioned deficient items.
Thank you,
