As you can see from the plan, this configuration will allow for the standard fifty foot (50') turning radius which the Fire Department will require to access the Goodyear and car wash pad sites. With respect to future developments at this project, it is our understanding that as pad sites are sold, it will then become necessary to provide a fire lane to the individual pads.
