Dear Mr. Ktnhn:
This letter is in no way to be misconstrued as the City of Coppell's Final
Acce. ptance of this project. This is just a notification that 'the unilities
installed by S & S Utility Co. have been installed in accordance 'to City
sr>ecifications, the water mains .have passed Hydrostatic and Bacteriological
test ~Wa:2er line "WA", "~,'~", "WD", 12" connection to north side of Beltline
[{cad to ex4.sting 24"). The disconnection from Ir=~ing's water system was completed.
Tho saninary sev;er "Line A" .has passed air test and ..manholes are at rough grade.
The utilities at this time are substantially complete and ready for the paving
