Re: Construction of 12-inch Water Crossing
of Belt Line Road
Dear Mr. Morton:
Halff Associates is in the process of executing contracts between S&S
Utilities and Northsted Properties Group for the construction of the water
crossing of Belt Line Road.
The contract price for this work is $25,460. I am requesting that the
City of Coppell prepare an assessment for the inspection fees on the
project. The contracts should be fully executed this week. Once the
contracts have been executed, the City of Coppell, the contractor, and Halff
Associates should meet for a pre-construction conference.
We look forward to hearing from you on the inspection fee assessment
and to beginning this project.
